The program staff will provide training materials for the student and alumni mentor, opportunities to network and get to know each other as well as other students and alumni in the program, intervention if a relationship does not click and ongoing support. In addition, mentors will receive regular e-mail updates on what is happening at Cornell, so they are familiar with day-to-day campus issues. We'll also ask both you and your alumni mentor to complete two electronic evaluation forms during the year. Your observations will help to improve the program.
